If you have a dataset that you would like to share but you are not sure how to do it or if you have a data management question for your project on COVID-19, then the ELIXIR Estonia team will be happy to help you find a good solution. Fill out the form below or send us an email: elixir@ut.ee.

The Estonian COVID-19 Data Portal keeps track of available datasets in Estonia relevant for research into COVID-19 and SARS-CoV-2. We welcome suggestions for new items that could be added to the portal by the community. Simply fill out the form below, and we will consider adding the suggested resource to the data portal. You are welcome to send links to your own datasets, projects, publications, etc. or suggest items published by others.

Personal data policy

The personal data you provide in this form, your name and email address, will be used to process your suggestion of added resource to the Estonian COVID-19 Data Portal. The Data Portal is a service run by the ELIXIR Estonia. It serves to participate in the European open data platform for COVID-19 research.

The information you provide will be processed for research purposes, i.e. using the lawful basis of public interest and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation.

The following parties will have access to processing your personal data: ELIXIR Eesti, University of Tartu. Your personal data will be deleted when no longer needed, or when stipulated by the archival rules for the university as a government authority. If you want to update or remove your personal data please contact the ELIXIR Estonia using elixir@ut.ee.
